Have just uploaded my tree onto TRIBAL PAGES. There was no problem uploading and it looks as if there are far better options on there than what GR offer. As I have said it is free, and at least if things go wrong we are not paying for it. Why don't you try it? Lynda from Wales |

My tree is on there as well as are several other members. It has really good facilities for adding pictures but not as good a search facility. i have only ever had one contact and that very distant on a very unusual surname. Anyone you give permission to can see your tree without being a member. (You can password protect it). |

Betty, I think you have to signup first? this is free, then when you are logged in as a member you can upload your tree. Roy |

Hi Poy, Thanks for the information about registering, now all I have to do is try the downloading bit, never done this before!! I tried to download a family tree from LDS website, don't know what I did wrong but it didn't work. Betty |

Betty, I dont think you can download trees from the LDS site? you can download forms and a free family tree program (paf) from LDS. Roy |
