If you can't resolve it quickly, I'd suggest 1] Downloading it again - in case the first download didn't work very well 2] Contacting Docs Online and explaining the problem. I've found them extremely helpful Christine |

Can anyone help. I've paid for a document off National Archives. And when i download it and try to open it with ADOBE. It says file corrupted or sent as an email attachment and needs decoding |
