getting on to Ancestry, but nobody else seems to be. I am being asked to log in with username and password, never had to before as I have yearly subscription. When I do log in, am told it is wrong password. How can I get in touch with them by email please? Stella Thought I'd solved this, but alas no. Does anyone know the phone number for Ancestry UK please? Have tried 0800 404 9723, but this is wrong. |

I had that a couple of weeks ago Stella - for some reason I was on the * c o m site not the * c o * u k site.. Sarah :-) UPDATED: genes took my d o t (*) things out... hopefully they're back now.... |

Click on Help - top right hand of the page and then ignore all the FAQs and click on email ancestry support at the top. Remember to submit twice as they show you your email and you have to click again to submit it. I had this happen once - it was soon sorted. You can always phone them - its a free number. |

Thanks Heather. I've just done the email, so hope they reply quick - I'm getting withdrawal symptoms. I'm wondering if it is because I've disallowed cookies. Can't remember how to allow them again though - do you know. Sorry, I'm a pc nerd !! |

Thanks for your replies everyone. I've now sorted it. It was because I had them on my Favourites list and accessed them via that. They have changed something about their site now and so have had to access them through my browser, delete them from my Favourites (the old one) and make a new Favourites for them - if you understand what I mean !!
