Again I cant read an occupation or 3, i really wish i could but... 1901 census alfred burton born 1854 in hertford heath there are 2 burton families on the page and i cant read the occupations for any of those 2 families apart from something to do with photo one looks like stuntman (LOL i think not)

Alfred Burton - photographer taxidermist Louisa - housemaid, domestic Charlie - photographers assistant George Burton - hhmm, something to do with horses (looks like fly ...) Percy - coachman, non-domestic

so could i be right in thinking that the whole family had something to do with horses that ended up being stuffed and photographed??

LOL! George and Percy wore them out and dad stuffed and photographed them - I hope not :-) From Wikipedia: Fly, a type of light, swift enclosed single-axle carriage drawn by a single horse, especially one let out for hire: see also Hansom cab.
