How can I go about trying to trace if Agnes Quayle c10 Jan 1847 of Maughold Isle of Man was married to a John Reynolds on 6 Dec 1897 in Malew Isle of Man, Agnes would be abour 40yrs. I can!t find anything on John Reynolds he could be Irish or English, I have tried the 1881 Census to see if they stayed in Malew but nothing there. I even tried seeing if they had children after the marriage. I have a Agnes Quayle on Family search IGI, Family Group record, but I dont know if she is the Agnes Quayle from Maughold, it just show they married in Malew, can anyone help me please

from pm just recieved aha, i assume you've seen thread, i would think that she has married after 1871 cen, but now you have her dads name you can use that on ref checking when you order marr cert i'll paste this onto thread so we dont get muddled julie

hiya, you need to post a request for someone who has access to BMD's for IOM, perhaps if IOM has a records office, maybe worthwhile contacting them, just sorry cant be of more help good luck!! julie, try google for records office IOM :)
