no it isnt a silly question its a Family Tree programme , much better than having it only on here , and much easier to use , you can also depending on which one you buy get 3 months free access to Ancestry via a web search just nudged up a thread about it for you

hi Margaret nice to see you on here, I did wonder why they gave me that number it could be because I bought the USA Ancestry, will ring that one instead thanks , and I love the Boat very pretty isnt it ??

sorry had to entertain hubby for a while , he gets bored easy. Well I had a reply from them and they asked me to ring them on 1-800-262-3787 Which I will do tomorrow .I might ask them to refund me with 3 months money instead as I only just renewed my subscription dont want to wait another year for it .

I just got mine yesterday (FTM) and it prompted me to contact them as i was already subscribed. Just adding so I remember when checking my threads.

When I took up the offer from Ancestry they credited my bank account with the 3 months subcsription. Kathlyn

Ancestry replied within 2 hours. 'I would cancel the subscrition at the end and then we can set up that 3 months free for you.' Well not sure about the spelling but at least I got a reply and can still use the 3 months subscription that came with FTM2005. Maureen

Yes me too not long re-newed it ,somebody mentioned it on here the other day to me ,so if I was you I would email them now so they have some sort of record of your request, I just did.

I have just emailed Ancestry because when I purchased FTM it came with 3 months Ancestry Free , and I already have a yearly subscription ,it seems they will give you an extra 3 months if you email them as soon as your subscription runs out .I am awaiting reply , so if you have not claimed it dont forget
