Merry, My head hurts. I am going to shut this computer down, have a stiff G&T, and maybe I will cook him in doors some tea. By the way, many thanks to you all for your help, it is sooooo very much appreciated. Kathlyn

Hi Merry, I understand that Mexico is a mistranscription of Middlesex, well someone on GR told me so when I asked the question a few weeks ago. The problem with my Charles Moss is.....so the family story goes.... He was from Poland/Denmark/Russia...he came from a wealth shiping family...he was a White Russian Rabbi....and so on and so on and so on....Since taking on this hobby, nay torture, my romantic dreams have been totally smashed. The only bit of truth to the above is.....in one of the census he is recorded as being born in Germany. Oh and I forgot, his birth name was Karl Mosskovitch but he Anglisized when he decided to stay here !!!!!

East 1c 677 Moss William St Geo East 1c 677 Smith William St Geo East 1c 677 Hmmmmmmmm....You would need to see if you could find this couple, but it might be very tricky! Merry
