Thanks Georgina, that is likely to be them. Just looking on the IGI at their children's baptism's, 5 were baptised on the same day - 23 Jan 1825, wonder why? Might be my next post.

Thanks, that is him. He is a new addition to my tree coming from his daughters wedding certificate where his job was a Cloth Dresser. I wanted to tie up the job on the census to be sure it was him and the wool worker fits well enough. Now to see if I can find his marriage to Rebecca! Thanks, Andy

Please could someone look on the 1851 census for Wortley, Leeds and help find Abraham Newton (born abt 1785). I'd like to know what his occupation was and whether there are any other dependants living with him? Thanks, Andy
