could someone help me read a certificate from 1944

if I send you a copy of it? there is something written under '1 Sutton Road' in the first column - it looks like U.W. or U.D. I haven't a clue what this means. Also there is something in between the mothers name and address in column 5 . thanks Lisa will be all day so I may not respond until this evening - thanks! |
