Hi , I have recently received this information: Social Security Death Index Record info about Leonard Parr Name: Leonard Parr SSN: 364-38-3022 Last Residence: 48108 Ann Arbor, Washtenaw, Michigan, United States of America Born: 8 Aug 1880 Died: May 1972 State (Year) SSN issued: Michigan (1954-1955) I was told that i could apply to the US Govt for details on Leonard. Has anyone already done this - and if so, who do i apply to, how much does it cost, how long does it take and what sort of info would i get?? Basically...HELP !!! What do i do next???????
