I was brought up in Linden Street, which is off Como Street. Como Street runs between North Street and Mawneys Road. Which direction are you coming from? If you know the market, then go to the cross-roads at the bottom, (South street/North Street/High Street/Market Place). Go up High Street past Woolworths and turn first right into Mawneys Road . Go up to the Congregational Church (red brick building) on the ring road, turn right into Linden Street and Como Street is at the end.
