GR contacts list - is it just mine not working?

I accidently forgot to untick the 'allow to see tree' box in replying to someone. I rushed to contacts list so I could delete permission there but I am getting an error message for two days now. Ive mailed GR with no reply.

There's a thread on General about it. Seems alot of peeps have lost thier contacts.........including me! Let's just hope it's a glitch and they are all returned safely on Monday! Jeanette x
