Desparately seeking family tree

Have tried to make alterations to family tree on GR without success, so decided to import it again. After several attempts, are now left with just me and am unable to download from another site. Does anyone know if it will be righted soon? Lynda

I don't think you can download from another site? Do you have a family tree program on your PC, you will need to import your tree in GEDCOM format from your PC to GR you need to delete all your tree on GR and only leave your own name on the tree before you can import from your PC Roy
