Just realised I had put 1861 in error - I am still looking for 1861- Have gone back in and changed it - in case you think you are going mad!!! Also I have put 1841 instead of 1861 - he wasnt even born then. Do I need help or what!! Chris |

Alfred was born approx 1847. I have found him in 1871 at 7 North Pole Lane Greenwich. 1881 at 8 Ship Street, Deptford. 1891 at 87 Tanners Hill, Deptford. 1901 - Lewisham. He remarried in 1899 where he has listed his father as James deceased. He says on some census he was born in Whitechapel, Middlesex. I cannot find him in the 1851 or 1841 which would hopefully give his parents (if James alive). I have sent of for Alfreds birth cert but keep getting the wrong one. Can anyone help trace my Alfred? Any help gratefully appreciated or any pointers Thanks Chris |
