I am trying to locate my biological father Bernard Scott. I was born in Sept 1964 and I believe I last had any contact with him in early 1965. My mum fell out with him as she did not get on with his mother who my mother told me believed he was not my father. My mother stopped him having any contact with me after that. As far as I am aware he did seek court help for access but in those days it was not enforced if they were not married. His last known address was either Northwood or Southdend in Kirkby,Liverpool, Merseyside. I think he was born around the early 1940's poss 1943. My mum died in 2002 and I would really like to trace him before its too late. As I am getting older and time is moving on i would really like to find him. i realise that he probably has a family and i do not wish to cause problems for him. I am a mum of 3 myself now and would really like to have the rest of the jigsaw puzzle of were I came from. My mum was Mary Wood then but she married my dad in 1965 and he brought me up. i did not find out that he was not my real dad until I was 25 which was a shock. So if anyone knows his wereabouts or can help in my search i would like to hear from them.

Have you tried the phone directories or the website b4u? There are 9 possibles in Liverpool.
