Id recommend buying yourself a better family tree program and using the GR one as little as possible. See the thread on Cor, this is handy - re Family Tree Maker. For £30 you can buy the program which is brill plus get 3 months free ancestry sub. Meanwhile, email GR and have a moan. |

Hi Kathlyn I would have suggested using the old tree programme but that doesn't seem to be working either. I prefer the old one. The only thing you can do is keep reporting it until GR sort it out for you. have you sent them a message? I think you have to send and then click confirm to be certain the message reaches them. The family tree on GR is stuck. I need to add to my tree going back in time but the little tab that allows you to move up or down a generation is not there. I have tried clicking on on the relevant relly, but nowt happens and the tab that says, add sibling, add parent, is also stuck. Other that buying 100tons of TNT, what do I do please. Kathlyn |
