No probs, hope it's useful for you. Betty, there are some Scottish references in there, i've found one or two. Although you might find the following useful for Scotland, i've found photos of the orphanage where my grandmother was placed at this link: www(.)scran(.)ac(.)uk And this one is the National Archives of Scotland catalogue www(.)nas(.)gov(.)uk/catalogues Best wishes |

Hi all, I hope i'm not posting something that's already been posted, but I thought people would like to know that the National Archives website now has an all in one search function you can try out, it searches through both the National Archives catalogue and the Access to Archives catalogue, as well as others, i've found it quite handy, anyway, here's the link (don't forget to remove the brackets) http://www(.)nationalarchives(.)gov.uk/search Best of luck all in your searches |
