I don't know what is 'normal' but if it says they will respond in X days and they haven't, I'd chase them up! nell

Hi there.. I'm looking for some feedback. I sent a message to Roscommon GRO, via their website link. They sent an automated respose saying they would reply within 5 working days.... that was about 3 weeks ago!! Is this the norm? Any replies appreciated Collette
