I have been waiting for this brith certificate for ages, and it arrived today and its not right. This was the only entry that fitted what I was looking for. So how do I know that its the actual one i ordered? |

They should have included the green form that gets completed when you order online. Check on there that the district, volume and page numbers are the ones that you ordered. If you didn't give any checking points, then they will just send out the certificate as long as it has the correct name on it. If you already know the parent's names (or one of them) then you should give these as checking points when ordering. Kath. x |
