	No Elaine, I'm searching for a death in 1948. Mum says her sister died in 1948 and she's usually pretty accurate. She may have been a widow so not sure who would have registered the death so spelling may be wrong. Heather

	Are you trying to find him/her on a census - if so leave the surname out and just do a search on first name, year and place of birth - you may be lucky.

	Hi, can you think of any alternative spellings for LOWRY? I've looked at Lowery, Lowrey, Lowrie. Any more suggestions please? Heather
