Well if you're to be sectioned, I don't know what they will do with me......(don't answer that!) I have been transcribing all the Smith entries over 200 years in five Oxfordshire parishes, looking for the next generations back (sideways and forwards) from my 4x-g-grandfather. So far I've been doing this project for about 2 YEARS and am still only up to about 1820.....I have several hundred entries, but have proved only one family group of six persons!!! LOL Merry |

I have taken it upon myself to use hugh wallis batch number site to seperate out all Edwinstowe(nottinghamshire village) Tudsbury's..........there are about 90 christenings from 1634-1837.........at this point in time I am through about 70% of them ,and have recorded every one .I have allocated the births to no less than 25 different families so far..........started 2 hours ago !!.......after that I will check each one by allocating marriages,and seeing if I have duplicated any families !!.........wish me luck .....I may be some time. |
