good morning all, can some one help me please i am looking for a story that was in the Birmingham news paper years and years ago. a cousin of my mothers was taken prisoner at Dunkirk, but he escaped, and was sheltered by a french family at great risk, he was with them for a couply of years. the story was told in a birmingham news paper. we did have a copy but my mother have lost it through the years. any ideas how i could get another copy. big thanks to all. |

Have you tried writting to the relavent paper or seeing if a local library has a copy on microfilm? re:- title, you can use the 'update message' to alter the typo. |

Gloria Birmingham central library has all the old issues of the Birmingham Post back to about 1900, you can view them on micro fiche/micro film if you are not too faw away. Georgina. |
