to me it looks like: Heollingworth Hrs. Looking on the description of the distric it is Hollingworth Houses (written as clear as day)

On 1881 it looks like it says self acting minder? What was a self acting minder? If it even existed....

Self acting minder / Self action minder: 'Watched and minded the 'Self Acting Mule' - the name of a multi thread spinning machine. The original Mule was hand operated and was invented by Samuel Crompton of Bolton in 1779. It was made self-acting by Richard Roberts in 1830. ' God bless Google! Tim
