Hi Judy My usual pc is at death's door I think ! I have something called Adobe gamma reader project 1 on it I have no idea what it is but I can't get onto internet, pc keeps locking up what can I do ? Thanks *UPDATE* Done as you said, puter much better now, many thanks ! :0)) Joan

Joan... Doing a quick Google search it appears to be a Trojan.....make sure yoo update your anti-virus definitions and then start your PC in SAFE MODE and then run your anti-virus while in SAFE MODE. In the meantime I will do a little more research on it as far as removal..... Judy

Joan: Hijack This is a trojan removal tool which is free and can be downloaded from this site: http://www.majorgeeks(.)com/download3155.html If your anti-virus doesn't remove the trojan then use Hijack This..... Be careful using this tool as it will bring up, in it's search results, other programs that your PC needs.....if you're unsure of what an item is in the results you can Google it for an explanation......for now you just want to remove the program causing you the problem....
