Sarah, I wonder if they shared a computer and had allowed the computer to log them on to the wrong account by mistake? Kate.

No, I don't think so. I have access to a number of other people's trees & I can't change details in them. BUT There was a thread on here a while ago where someone said they were able to change their grand-daughter's (seperate) tree. Sorry, not much help really .. Sarah :-)
