Phoenix.....Yes, I've seen them somewhere..... The chap needs a haircut (and a Head and Shoulders hair wash) and wears nylon shirts in mustard yellow or sage green. The girls are really skinny, wear pelmet skirts and have very nice blonde shiny long hair. They spent all day texting their boyfriends, filing their nails and flicking their hair back, instead of doing any work! The chap hasn't noticed the girls at all, and if he did, they would dismiss him like a fly with a swatter..... Merry |

Kate, Sounds much the same as mine, but as mine had a typo in it, I assumed someone had actually typed it!! Maybe they have standard replies, but haven't learned to cut and paste yet??!!! Merry |

Oh, I got a reply which I assumed was just a standard one untouched by human hands saying it had been passed on to their technical team who would be looking into it. Did yours look as if a real person had written it? In that case, it is obviously best to get stroppy with them if you want a proper reply! Kate. |

Perhaps they had one or two emails to answer. Do they still operate from Oxted, do you know? It's just round the corner and I'm sorely tempted to check how large the premises are. I've always imagined the team to consist of two girls and a computer nerd who failed his gcse in English. |

Earlier today 14 months worth of threads vanished from all the message boards for a short while. During this time I messaged GR asking long the lines of ''what's happening???''......They have just replied saying they will look into where the threads have gone.............but we know they came back a few minutes later.....How come GR don't seem to know that??????
