If you are having real probs, send ne a pm with the info and Ill mail it to your friend? But do have another go, cos you may need it in future. It def does have the option on the census image - just above, icons right across screen.

Cant understand why yours would be different??? Does it have the save option? You are looking at the actual image itself, not the transcripted stuff?

You won't believe this folks but at the side it said 'email this to a friend' !!!!!!! Having said that, it only seems to apply to the person who comes up - couldnt do it for 'family members'.

You have gone to ancestry, clicked on view image? The census page comes up and then at the top there are some icons? You can either save it to your hard drive and then send it to your friend or you can share it by sending it by email. Look across the top just above the actual image and share is second from the end next to help. Or, as I said you can save it (click on the save icon) and then send it from your puter.

Well I would if I could find 'share' but I can't - am I just thick?

I just open the image on ancestry and click on 'share' at top right hand side. A box comes up for you to enter email details in.

Just had email asking me to send census image in relation to a query but haven't a clue how to do this!!! Can anyone help please?
