	I have always before ordered through GRO and HATE waiting 4 - 5 weeks so this time I ordered one direct from Warrington Reg. Office. I posted the request on Monday (YES - THIS Monday !!), and I received the Cert TODAY !! - 48 hour from posting request to receiving cert ! AND, I gave them 2 possible references for the same quarter which they checked and sent me the correct one! - No extra charge for the checking - ALL this for £7. I am going to ring them to say 'Thank you' ! Dea x

	Hi Dea Wigan Records office is just as good. I ordered a certificate which I posted on Saturday 13 May and received the certificate yesterday, Tuesday 16 May. Not bad, as there is a Sunday in between. So probably a 48 hour turnaround. The last ones I ordered were from the GRO and took 4 weeks. Jenny x

	When I phoned Southampton Reg Office at 4.45pm they were sooooo apologetic that they MIGHT not be able to get the cert out that day!! However, then did, and I received it the following morning!!!! Merry
