FTM2006 crashes All the time...anyone help?

I bought FTM200s on Sunday, all that day it worked just fine. Monday it began crashing each time i used the web resouce button, it would come up not responding. It did that most of the day yesterday. But today I cant search a thing without it crashing. I tried calling the people (a number in US) who want to charge me $2 a minute which I just cant do. Does anyone have a clue on computers that could give me a clue on things to try.My graphics driver is the most up to date I can get and using win xp |

Hi, you dont need to ring them, you can email them and they usually reply very quickly. I had a problem when I first did my home page that my firewall wouldnt allow access but as you are not actually trying to access the internet (or are you?) then it may not be the same thing. If it is the internet - firewall and let your firewall prog know you are accepting info from that site. (I just click on allow with mine) What a shame - must be very frustrating for you. |

yeah im trying to use internet thru it, i have emailed them thanks for letting me know about that, just need to wait on a reply now. Thanks guys |
