How do I send someone some family information, I have just sent it in word but it cannot be read the other end the lady said all the words are running into each other. Sue |

Try saving it in Word in RICH TEXT FORMAT and sending that version. |

I'm assuming you have a text file saved as .doc format. Open it in Word, then use File > Save As > and select Rich Text Format from the drop down list at the bottom. It will save the file with the same main name but the extension will be .RTF If you are still having problems after that, perhaps I can reformat it for you. Jim |
