which registration area would you say for a birth

on the census it says Shoreditch London for one son and Bethnal Green London for the other but my problem is which areas would be covered by that ie could it be Bethnal Green Lambeth etc as mine dont seem to be in the right area |

Bethnal Green and Shoreditch are both in the London E2 postal zone. Lambeth is south of the river. |
