Can anyone advise me I have been having problems for the last couple days now, pages wont open or they shut themselves, and error reports I have sent dozens. I have ran windows defender, downloaded AVG and ran nothing I also have NTLs Netgaurd all latest updates on them and they say nothing ;;;; Can anyone advise anything else;;??? Babs

Only downloaded 2 things, smiley centre but wont open at home page and ;;;; winzip between the 2 of them got 33 new things in documents;; Babs

hi I downloaded that defender from microsoft last week it messed everything up so I deleted it and quite a few had the same problem with that update I went to their site and it actually said if you have problems with it delete it , maybe thats what is wrong

smiley central was a link i got to download smileys for msm messenger purposes... I ended up having to get my computer totally overhauled. not blaming that totally but it was ok after.

Hi everyone, sorry didnt get back last night ended up been totally kicked off the comp and I had my comp docs here at 12-30 (lucky arnt I );;; Valerie never thought of Defender;; must go read windows site, anyway yes the Smiley centre had the spyware, but also my printer, epson C46 also had a fault/service due so thats off as well, its only just year old, daughter bought for birthday last may;; so have to look at that site, Well it looks like I am up and running at the moment, so I hope that keeps up, thanks for all who tried to help;; Babs

im new to pc and have had to rely on my sons advice, and the biggest no no in pc world is, they say NEVER DOWNLOAD SMILLEYS the root of all problems....................................
