Hi Helen I've been getting the same thing. I do find the new tree program easy to edit, but the old one is much better for searching for people who have the same name in their tree. I hope GR aren't going to stop using the old program, I fear.... Heather |

Hi, I've managed to sort the dates out by using the new tree programme, with the pop-up sheet at the bottom of the page. Helen |

Yes, I've been getting some really weird errors for a week or two, although I'm using the new program. I've now contacted Support. |

Hi Suzanne, Yes I tend to use the old tree programme as I find it easier to read that one, maybe I'll try the new one in a bit. Helen |

I need to change the dates of births for 2 relatives on my tree, but it won't let me, it keeps coming up with a message to contact support. Are any of you having the same problem? Helen |
