Advice on baptism and burial records

Is their anywhere major in London that houses all baptism and burial records for within the London area? I have information on which I wish to look up for various family members and rather than contact individual churches and cemeteries I was wondering if their is 1 place which would possibly house all the records I need. anyone have any advice? |

Some Family History Societies supply indexes to Baptisms and Burials. These could give you an idea on where to look for the originals. From Genuki, the following are the ones for London The City of London is covered by London, Westminster & Middlesex FHS The following societies cover areas that fall within Greater London: London, Westminster & Middlesex FHS East of London FHS West Middlesex FHS Hillingdon FHS Woolwich & District FHS The following Societies cover areas which include parts of Greater London: North West Kent FHS East Surrey FHS West Surrey FHS |
