Hi all, just wanted to say that from time to time, I log in and read the threads. It seems as though the last few days that things have got quite personal. Lets all be nice to one another and not forget that the main aim is to provide support and advise for family research (including adoption) Who is with me? - Bev

I've also reiterated that thoughts there as they seemed to have flowed to this one. I can't understand one people want to get their 'claws' out! For some people, I am aware that this is such a valuable lifeline and there just seems to be animosity. Life is too short. Bev

Its a shame when you get the odd one being sarcastic , there is no need for it , It tends to make you think twice before adding to a thread. It is happening on the Ebay help boards a lot, some are downright rude.Luckily they are few and far between as the majority on here are wonderful helpful people.Thanks to all of those.

Hear hear Bev, that's why I've steered clear recently of Gen.Topics. It's got nasty on a more regular basis now which is a shame, and more and more people are leaving because of it. I've tried constructive suggestions on some of those threads concerned, which have largely been ignored, but sometimes a few have taken notice of and replied yae or nae. :-) x

Thanks all, it's such a shame as I always thought of this site to contain nice helpful people and thought it was such a shame that a few individuals were rspoiling things, I think they must be a sad, angry people who are just ready to prey hiding behind aliases on websites! Bev
