Children's death certs are very sad to read, especially when they died of diseases people just don't get nowadays. My grandmother had 3 brothers that died in infancy, one was just 5 weeks old and the others were 2. I also found a possible illegitimate child for a gt X 2 grandmother, a baby that died aged 7 weeks. nell

When I get grave reports and there are kids on there with their age in hours, it's really sad to think about it. Any loved one dying is hard but I think it seems to hit people most when they die young as they haven't even had a chance of life before they are gone. I bet as new medicines came out to beat all the old diseases, parents and relatives of those who died from those diseases would be hurt all over again, thinking 'if only it had been discovered sooner...'. It's awful.
