If you are wanting to trace forward you would need to find out about records in New Zealand. Not sure if any are online. You could google New Zealand + genealogy or look on cyndi's list. nell |

Any ideas how I can trace the Sparrow Family who emigrated in 1905/6? Len Sparrow and his wife Florence Amelia Cannon emigrated from London in 1905/6 They lived in Christchurch, Manawatu and Nelson They had 3 children: Iris - born 1906 in Christchurch. She remained single, lived in Avon Terrace, Nelson. Died approx 1980's. Article about her published in Nelson Evening Mail June 16th (Year?) Know as Iris Hughes-Sparrow then. Mavis - born 1908, married C Murphy Jim - born 1911, ? joined the navy Any ideas? Pippa |
