anyone having problems with the GRO?

Since they have got so busy l have twice ordered two certificates and only got one back......has anyone else experienced this?? l have just had to write for the second time in two weeks for them to send them. They don't forget to charge me for it though. Anyway...that's my moan for the day!!! Maureen |

Jan, l did receive an answer from them to say it would be posted first class today.....but nothing on the other one!!!! Perhaps the extra staff they employed aren't very good!!!!! Maureen |
