I've no idea what counts as North Yorkshire. Have a look at the site for yorkshire, It says on the front page what parts are covered. It isn't complete although they are being updated all the time. Sam

I agree. Staffordshire and Yorkshire have one as well and as most of my rellies come from these three counties, I'm morethan happy! They have things that a haven't been transcribed by BMD or Ancestry and also when you've found your birth marriage or death, if you click the link on the right, it gives you a part pre printed form to print out and post off to get the cert! Have just had a fantastic time finding loads of marriages with the name of the church on this fantastic site(there are more marriages than anything else) which has solved lots of mysteries, having tried unsuccessfully to find marriages after 1910 on the freebmd site. Don't know whether this info has been there a long time or just put on but I am so happy. I've found so many unknown surnames, some of which, when I told my mum, she said-oh yes, that's right, I remember now!!
