Hi, I have just discovered a relative on this site. Her GT GT GT Grandfather was my GT GT Grandfather's brother. Does anyone know what relation this makes her to me please? Many thanks in advance.

That means that your Grt grandfather and her gt gt grandf/m were 1st cousins , your grandfather and her great grandfather 2nd cousins , your father/mother and her grandfather are 3rd cousins and she is your 4th cousin once removed . If you have children they are 5th cousins with her . I stand to be corrected if I have got it wrong! Kim
