Debbie Although I was taught to do that, I have found since using the internet that I tend to use only 2 or 3 fingers on each hand and have lost the ability to touch type altogether! lol Jeanette x

Yep, Debbie's right! When learning to touch type, the 'home keys' are A, S, D, F and J, K, L ; You keep your fingers poised over these letters and move from there, always returning to the home keys. Jeanette x

Hi, Thats for people who touch type so that they know where they have to keep their fingers!! Thats what I was always taught when I did typing at school and it works!! Debs

On a keyboard on the F J & 5 keys is a small Minus sign what does it mean? Brian
