It isn't. You don't. Under 100 year rule it will not be available until AT LEAST 2011. |

No Margaret, not until 2012. Unfortunately, even then it may not be the help we are hoping. Apparently the papers themselves are in a very poor state, there are no enumerators books, just the sheets filled in by the householders. |
