norton security and anti virus 2005

Hi I wondered if any one could help me im having problems installing my upgrade of norton security i have managed to down load it but it won't install it says error an older version of norton cannot be uninstalled you must be logged on as a supervisor.when i go to log on details it says i am logged on but its all in grey and i cant change it any one got any ideas. Thankyou. |

hi My grandson installed my Noton 2005 & had probs. you need to uninstall th earlier versions first & then install 2005 & it works ok. shrley |
