Depends how recently as to whether it would be listed on 1837. The marriages only go up to Dec 2003 at the moment Lou

Hi I thought I would ask this question on here before I spend more money on 1837. Well, my sister has just sent me an email asking if it was possible to find a marriage, the problem is this man I have his full name, apparently married in prison. He went to prison in about 1998 came out in 2003 but went back 2004. My niece has fallen for this man big time and has just recieved a letter from the woman he married, she said it was recently in prison. Would a marriage in prison be on 1837? and I dont have the womans surname. My sister is trying to prove to her daughter that he is not what he seems. Where can I search please?
