Somerset Family History Society offer a search service for a small fee. Somerset Baptisms Index Four types of search are offered: Specific person, one parish (e.g. John ADAMS, Wells) £2.00 (£4.00 non-members) Specific person, whole county (e.g. John ADAMS, Somerset) £4.00 (£8.00 non-members) Blanket surname search, one parish (e.g. ADAMS, Wells) £4.00 (available to members only) Blanket surname search, whole county (e.g. ADAMS, Somerset) £7.00 (available to members only Jill Kerr, 13 Blacksmith's Lane, Newton Solney, Nr Burton on Trent, Staffs DE15 0SD Please let me know if you need a members only search.

thought they might be- but was hoping that was not the case.I live in South Wales and due to health probs cannot get to Ilminster or Bedminster. Never mind- maybe something will come up! Thanks, Sineadxx

Hi all! I am hoping someone can point me in the right direction. I am looking for the parents of a rellie-Samuel Barber born 1800 in Ilminster and Thomas Barber born 1806 in the same place.They do not seem to be on Family Search and cos they are pre gro indexes I am not sure where to go from here! Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Sineadxxx
