Hi guys, I've seen that listing in the 1901 cencus, and I think it might be them. when do bmd become free?

Henry should be on the 1901 census with his parents and possibly siblings. His marriages would be in the GRO indexes, but you would probably have to go through the volumes one by one as they aren't on Freebmd yet. nell

The major one that I'm trying to find (although) everyone is proving dead ends. All this information is from my gran (Bernadine), she isn't very well at the moment so I don't want to keep pressing her for what she does know. Is Henry Kelly, born in Gateshead in 1896, he is my gran's father, all I know is that he married a Sally Monaghan (don't know when) and had 3 children Josephine, Mary, and Bernadine born 1925. Sally (may of been called Sarah), and died not long after her last child in 1925, he remarried a lady called Kitty (no surname known).

Joanne Why not tell us what you are looking for and maybe we can help? I've found with my own research that I can get a long way with some people and hardly anywhere with others. Very frustrated that I can't find a marriage though I have less than 3 years in which it could have happened. nell

I need some encouragement from you guys out there..... Everytime I think I've found a new lead it turns out to be duff info. I'm not the most patient of people, so admittedly that doesn't help. Give me strength to carry on....
