1901 Wales census now on Ancestry!!

In case you weren't aware - the 1901 England now seems to be complete, and Wales was added on 25th March. Richard

Thanks for letting us know Rich, I hadn't been on Ancestry for a bit and was contemplating ending my subs because I couldn't get any further without 1901 for Wales ..... Off to have a hunt :~D ........ I see they havn't managed to correct the many awful transcription errors on the 1901. Welsh place names are hard enough to read at the best of times, but when they are constantly spelled incorrectly it's maddening! I've just found a Kate who's listed as a Bate :-( The search facility doesn't seem to be functioning properly either. If you try to narrow it down a bit by selecting Male then it keeps saying nothing found. All I want to do is seperate the Males from the Females under the surname Dowell, that shouldn't be too much of a struggle for it. (sigh) keep on trying. Sioux
