Chris it IS great when it works properly - as I said they still seem to be having some teething problems with the site but when that is sorted and they have the 1837-1865 period covered and 1920 onwards covered in the same way as the 1866-1920 it will be absolutely fantastic for searching. |

Chris, when its working - it still seems to have teething probs, familyrelatives is absolutely brilliant for the period 1866-1920 as it is transcribed and you can enter a name, area and period and bring up every possible match. If you are lucky to have a rare surname - like a couple of mine, you can bring up everyone of that name for the whole period including refs. |

hello Just a quick question to the users of FamilyRelatives...is this a better site to use than 1837online. I hear that on Familyrelatives some of the records are transcribed? |

I just don't understand why sites like this one & 1837 have a time limit to use your credits/units. I don't always need to use them in the timeframe...then when I do want to use them....they have expired !! Very frustrating. |
