Another thought ... you could email the Sri Lanka Daily News and ask them for advice on old archives. They could probably direct you to the appropriate archive. Their web site is www(.)dailynews(.)lk [remove brackets] Louise |

I have a relative who had a tea plantation in Sri Lanka in the Kandy District. His name is Willbraham HERMON and he died 12 Feb 1934 in Colombo. Does anyone know how or have a contact that could access newspaper archives to extract an obituary from the Ceylon Daily Times ? Look forward to any suggestions |
