Thanks for that, Anna. If you're lucky, you are supposed to get both sets of parents, but as you say, no exact addresses, ages etc |

I dont know about BC,but ive got a copy of an original one from Alberta from 1912.It was given to me by a family member in Canada.Theres not a lot of information on it. All it gives is the names of the 2 people,for addresses it states,one of the City of Calgary and one from the City of Sunderland,England. There are no fathers names or occupations or ages on it. Dont know if all Provinces are the same though Anna :-) |

Has anyone bought a British Columbian marriage certificate online? They cost nearly 20 Canadian$. The quality of the sample image is decidedly ropey and the information looks as if it might be culled from another source. Opinions and advice please? |
